“INDIA-SCOPED READING (ordinary Indian passport; tourism): Ordinary Indian passport holders need a visa to enter Zimbabwe. You will need a visa to enter Zimbabwe if you are holding a travel document issued by India. India is listed in the official Zimbabwe eVisa FAQ visa-regime Category for travellers who are not required to apply for a visa before travelling but will pay for and obtain a visa upon entering Zimbabwe (visa on arrival pathway). Indian nationals may also apply online for a prepaid electronic visa / e-Visa via the official Zimbabwe eVisa platform at https://evisa.gov.zw/ before travel as an alternative to paying on arrival. An electronic visa is available for Indian passport holders via evisa.gov.zw. An e-Visa application channel is available for tourism. Visa on arrival / landing visa for India is a second pathway — held unpublished as a promoted VOA product fact. Fee amounts are stated only after approval response and are held. Single/double/multiple entry product durations (1/3/6 months) are product-validity ceilings — held separately from permitted stay.”

India is listed in the VOA-category regime and may also use prepaid eVisa. Landing/visa-on-arrival issuance is procedure detail held separately from the eVisa answer.
